Our Island inspirations are rooted from family. My Grandparents, Jose and Del San Nicolas, gave me a deep connection to our cultural heritage. Grandpa Jose came from Hågat, a small village on the island of Guam. Grandma Del was born in Bangued, Abra province, in the Philippines.

Island Style's motto is Island Style is a lifestyle of building community through the universal language of food! We are in the business of building relationships & community, food is just the product that brings us together to start those relationships. We dedicate and honor our culture and grandparents by sharing with the community our love for them, food, and cultural diversity!
