Our Island inspirations are rooted from family.
My grandparents, Jose and Del San Nicolas, gave me a deep connection to our cultural heritage.
Grandpa Jose came from Hågat, a small village on the island of Guam. Grandma Del was born in Bangued, Abra province, in the Philippines.

Such a cool spot. We tried a little bit of everything and it was all delicious. For dessert we had the halo halo and it was a big hit. Even my picky eater loved it.
The food at Island Style is so good! The service is friendly and everything is great! The coconut breaded sando is exceptional!! It's juicy and crispy- which is perfection! The Island Style Noodles are also so delicious! And all of the sauces elevate everything.
Tried this place today on a whim, and I'm so glad I went. The menu has a great variety of islander food, including Filipino, Hawaiian, Korean, and Gaum dishes. The service was quick, personable, and friendly! The owner even took the time to approach us, ask how we were doing and enjoying our food, and discussed the cultural influences behind their food. Definitely coming back for more!
